In collaboration with the Windsor Police Department at Human System Labs, I investigated driver distraction patterns in Business Improvement Areas (BIAs) and school zones to enhance transportation safety. High-risk behaviors and distraction triggers in these sensitive areas was identified. My findings supported the development of data-driven safety measures, strengthening community safety protocols and informing targeted interventions to reduce traffic risks.
