Partnering with TRQSS and Atlas Copco at Human System Labs, I conducted a comprehensive workload analysis across industrial workstations to enhance operational efficiency. By collecting and analyzing worker data, including physiological (eye tracking) and performance metrics, I identified variations in workload across different workstations and shifts. My work leveraged statistical tools like R to uncover patterns, enabling data-driven recommendations for optimizing workstation design and shift scheduling, ultimately boosting productivity and worker well-being.
